Here I compare 5/5 sec vs 10/10 sec.
It went 4 kg down instead of 4 kg up, so it's 8 kg heavier to switch from 5/5 sec to 10/10 sec.
I found 10/10 sec to be better in many ways, so now I switched to it with my left leg too.
In my right leg I increased the weight with 6 kg from previous workout. I'm up at 28 kg with 10/10 sec now. See proof.

With Superslow it's possible to reach your potential in 4 months of training, when gaining 20 kg per month like I did.
See the results from 2 months training, from 14 kg to 51 kg. The potential for most people is double bodyweight pistol squats, so around 80 kg.
Cycle #1
2013-04-04 = 14 kg
2013-04-09 = 16 kg
2013-04-16 = 18 kg
2013-04-20 = 22 kg
2013-04-26 = 28 kg
2013-05-01 = 32 kg
2013-05-05 = 36 kg
Cycle #2
2013-06-05 = 32 kg
2013-06-08 = 34 kg
2013-06-12 = 36 kg
2013-06-15 = 40 kg
2013-06-19 = 42.5 kg
2013-06-22 = 43.7 kg
2013-06-25 = 45 kg
2013-06-28 = 46.2 kg
2013-06-30 = 47.5 kg
2013-07-03 = 50 kg
2013-07-05 = 51 kg

54 kg. I ran out of weights, I ordered more wrist weights that will be delivered tomorrow, should last a week longer. Superslow is amazing, the only problem is, I need to keep adding loads of weight all the time. Superslow makes you progress TOO FAST!
I don't have anymore comments I can add to the video next time. Can someone say again how bad Superslow is?

55.8 kg.
I switched the wrist weights into another weighted vest, bad idea. The balance became worse. If the weight in your body is too high, you won't be able to stand up, instead you push yourself backwards and almost fall down. You need to have more weight in front of you.
I don't know how I'm going to be able to hold 100 kg in front of me in the future.
Now I know why this guy is standing on the plate to angle himself forwards. This is the only way. I will try with a book next time. I will go past 100 kg.
