OP take notice that you are a majority of one in your beliefs/opinions. Not one single person has stepped in and disagreed with any of us, the first time I have EVER seen that on BB.com!

You dig your heels in and insist that you know better than us, yet you look like you haven't worked out a day in your life. This isn't rocket science here.

I don't know why you cannot wrap your mind around a simple concept. You're doing it wrong. But that's your business, you are clearly beyond help. I prefer to look like I work out. People ask me stuff. What I'm doing, how much I work out, etc and I like to know people notice it. I'm going to go ahead and build muscle. You don't look like you work out at all. Does any of this make sense?

If you cut the same way you train, good luck with that...

PS Bruce Lee wasn't big and muscular. I thought your goal was to become a "beast"...?

Oh well, it doesn't matter. I guess you're gonna be cutting 'super slow' as well, right?

I am already losing 1 kg per week, superslow works amazing! And I haven't got sick or got any injuries. Superslow is a miracle for cutting!

It is better to have functional muscles and not bulky ones that take too much space.

No, I am 100% convinced this guy is dumb as a bag of hammers.

OP, congrats on being the .000000001%. You are the one true exception. Your musculature responds to stimuli different than that of every other human being on the planet. You are a truly unique and fascinating biological specimen. I wish you the best of luck.

...But then again, you don't need luck, you've got Superslow!

The doctors didn't make the tests properly. The test subjects didn't use long enough rest. With superslow you need longer rest than with quick reps. How about making a new test? Rest once per month. Then superslow will prove to be superior where you gain strength, and with fast lifts you lose strength.

There are different deffinitions of strength. Certain types of training have spillover into other types of training. Some don't. The only thing you can guarantee, by training in a certain way, is that you will become more proficient in that type of training.

This is why athletes training for explosive strength (football) frequently do explosive lifts (olympic lifts). Super slow would not be functional for them.

This is why athletes training for explosive strength (football) frequently do explosive lifts (olympic lifts). Super slow would not be functional for them.
Thanks for great advice, it makes sense.
Superslow is best for me because if I frequently train explosive lifts, it's easier to injure myself in my daily tasks. I went swimming before, I kicked with my legs very explosively, I got injury that hasn't gone away for 3 years. Fast lifting is the reason for that.

You are either made of glass or are the most fragile human being on the planet. Were you a premature infant? Something is terribly wrong with you. Perhaps you have some sort of parasite that has figured out how to bore into your brain. Either way, you are hopelessly and terminally retarded.

I still use 5/5 sec candence on my left leg. 10/10 sec on my right leg. I get equally good gains on both. Left leg moves smoother now, 5/5 sec helps remove sticking points too.

I went from 1.5 reps to 5.6 reps in 4 months with my left leg. I always keep around 90-120 sec TUL. In the beginning I had to help with my other leg, but now I help less and less. It's like making weight increases.

I have discovered something new. Instead of doing warm-up reps, why not just start with failure right away by using a too heavy weight? For 2 mins, use max intensity from beginning to end. This way I don't need to use fast reps, because the failure forces me to move slow.

In bodybuilding that's a good thing, because it makes you grow stronger.

There isn't a soul in here that will agree with you. Why don't you make a sockpuppet so you have someone else to talk to about superretatrd? You are a complete waste of time. You're not even entertaining anymore, you just suck in general.
