    Exclamation How much ON Hydro Protein to take?

    I just order ON Hydrolyzed Protein and I was wondering if anyone that is ALREADY taking it, what the recommended serving would be and when? I have been taking MP combat powder for a year and I just want to switch it up cause I like ON products and hear great things about their protein.

    Q: Is one scoop good for me immediately after a workout? (I want to see gains.)
    -I weigh a lean 180lbs

    Just use it to hit your macros. Taking it directly after you work out with yield no better gains than taking it 2 hours before or after.

    Return, get something else to save money. Protein is protein, and hydrowhey is just overpriced protein. ON is not "great" by any stretch of the imagination.

    All depends on your diet. Protein is protein so you take as much as you need to meet your macros. Which all depends on how good your diet is.

    Woodnt have bought if not for $15 for a 3lb on a deal a few months back. But I'm currently taking it, I quite like the strawberry and I'm not a strawberry guy really

    Honestly brah, take one scoop post workout and your golden. No need for more or for any other times

    this... protein poweder is just the icing on the cake... the cake is whole foods and you gotta get that down first......6 meals a day, 2 can be shakes but they cant be just protein, add carbs and fats to them.. peanut butter is always good to add
