I am 51 years old ! Six years ago, when I went back to the gym, I weighed 265 lbs (fat ass) and my strength sucked! Since that time, my weight has been as low as 211 lbs, my strength has gone up tremendously, my bodyfat has come down, etc.
Current Weight: 222.6 lbs
Current BF: Approx 18%
Monday - Back, Bi's (AM)
Tuesday - Quads, Calves (AM)
Wednesday - Chest, Tri's (AM)
Thursday - Hams, Calves (PM)
Friday - Shoulders, Traps (PM)
I will me mixing in some Cardio, usually LISS, on various days and I will also be mixing in some abs.
I train, in the AM on M-W because, I work at the gym from 6-10 PM on these nights making sure the morons rerack the weights.
I'm trying to stick to 2800 cals/day right now (350 g pro, 175 g carbs, 78 g fat).
