Ive gone through 3 containers of muscle milk, im still alive by the way so no its not dangerous, if i were to review it, the chocolate flavored one actually has great taste, but i just ordered the ON whey protein, the 3.3 lb Optimum nutriton i ordered has 45 serving with each serving consisting of 24 grams of protein, 130 calories, 20 calories from fat, the muscle milk is 4lbs, with 52 servings, but each scoop contains only 16 grams protein and has 20 more calories total and 30 more from fat....i gues it depends on what you want to do, if you want to bulk up and put alot of weight on, maybe stick with that or go to a much more concentrated protein and become more lean whcih is my goal...everybody has a different preference and different body!

This. People who don't know what it is often over think protein powder. Its just powdered food.

The only thing dangerous about MM is the price you pay to get it. For a blend it's about double the cost of Elite Gourmet per gram of protein and from a blend of primarily Calcium And Sodium Caseinate and Milk Protein it's way overpriced.

Yes, I am scared of the 2g of sugar it has per serving

There are people out there eating stuff like 2-3 package of hostess cupcakes in one sitting and that right there is anywhere from 40-80g of sugar, I really double a few shakes of muscle milk is that bad and will make you fat, eating over your calorie maintenance level will.
