Going to bed hungry, again
Holidays are the worst time for this, so much good food everywhere.
And im not losing weight.

Cutting does suck, I just tough it out for most of the day and get full at night when I down 1000+ calories in one sitting. It's all preference really, I'm typically not hungry after I train, so if I train around 3pm, I can easily hold off until later.

Just get used to doing IF(intermittent fasting) with either 16-18 hour daily fasts within an 8-6 hour feeding period. Overall bigger/better meals, and an always more satisfied feeling of fullness.
I guess it depends on the person, however six small meals are only superior to three larger ones because it's seemingly easier to count calories and plan meals on imo. Assuming you plan ahead and do it/count it right it makes absolutely no difference in regards to your metabolism or cut. Just stay in deficit, get your fat and protein needs and you're golden.
Six small meals throughout the day never seem to satisfy me. It's much easier for me to plan meals that satiate when I'm allowed to plan over 300-400 calories.

If I added up all the months of my life I've spent cutting, I would wager it's in the 40s. I've become so used to it that I just look forward to the times I do get to eat, make the most of it, and try my best to ignore the hunger. Focus on the positives, because if you're always thinking "this sucks", you're just going to enhance the difficulty.

I've found that some foods are definitely better for cutting than others.
Not saying this is for everyone, but I could cut while eating a hamburger or chicken sandwhich, even smaller portions of them, and end up hungry but not starving. Cutting eating the same calories with pizza - going to bed hungry and starving.

cutting does suck... and can, even on IF. Yesterday I didn't start eating till 2:00PM and was still hungry at 10. Not sure how, didn't seem like I ate 2300 cal, but I did. Your body gets used to IF too, at least mine does. I find it easier to cycle calories than cut straight up. Maybe try PSMFing one or two days a week? That's what I do, it's helped considerably by making the other 6 days have an extra 200-300 cal available.
