look it up, there is a lot of information regarding GOMAD diets
afaik the only risk you take is diarrhea if you are lactose intolerant and excessive amounts of sugar/fat from the milk*RIP* 789789/SausageMassage *RIP*

Depends how your body likes lactose, If I drink more than 2 cups quickly I get the runs; you also have to make sure to keep the milk cold, I wouldn't be taking it outside in the heat and sipping on it throughout the day...that's just me.
In an extreme situation based on your current diet, and baseline serum Ca2+ levels, I would be weary of hypercalcemia... but that's extreme.
Do it and report back.

I wouldnt say do a whole gallon imo. I love dairy and eat it every day. However its usually yogurt and cottage cheese. Maybe half a gallon would suffice.
