A 5-year-old Pennsylvania girl who told another girl she was going to shoot her with a pink toy gun that blows soapy bubbles has been suspended from kindergarten.

Her family has hired an attorney to fight the punishment, which initially was 10 days but was reduced to two.

Attorney Robin Ficker says Mount Carmel Area School District officials labeled the girl a 'terrorist threat' for the bubble gun remark, made on January 10 as both girls waited for a school bus.

There is absolutely no reason any civilian should have access to an automatic weapon, NONE. Why the f'ck would a mom want to purchase the type of guns this woman had? Why, for what? To hunt? What the f'ck was she planning on hunting 1000 ducks? 100 deers, WHAT? Why would any civilian need a gun that can shoot multiple bullets within seconds? If you want a gun to protect your home, get a revolver or a shotgun/rifle why would you need an AK47 or a glock? Who do you think is going to break into your home, the army? Wake the f'ck up people, there is no need for any person to own any kind of automatic weapon, there is absolutely no reason, NONE, any civilian should own a automatic or semi-automatic gun, none. These guns are made to kill period. I do however understand owning a hand gun (revolver) or shotgun/rifle in your home or place of business for protection. What a wonderful time that was, I happened to be living in SO Cal and worked in LA, my good friend worked @ City Ford {don`t know if it is still there} , I think it was on Figueroa, anyway, he was frightened out of his mind, I didnt work as close to the center of the idiocy about to explode in South Central, I do remember the Fire Dept not being able to address Fires because some decided to shoot at em, I remember vividly shop Keepers on Roofs, with SEMI AUTOMATIC weapons protecting their Business from the Criminals unleashed upon them and roaming free, I remember Reginald Denny being dragged out of tandem axle gravel truck and being beaten senseless and having a cinder block broke over his face, instead of Double Clutching that rig right through who ever stood in that intersection, I also drove to work the rest of the week Locked & Loaded, It was a nightmare to say the least and truly the people who paid the biggest price were the residents of South Central----------Could something like that happen on a Mass Scale across the Nation en masse ? with all the ill will, Political divisiveness being promoted and stoked, Racial tension, Class warfare, disparity among people , lack of trust , abject hatred ? There is a nastiness and a simmering distrust coupled with anger that would not take much I do believe, but then it`s just my Opinion, nevertheless I pray for hope and reason and just keep a watchful eye and I am not one f the sheeple and I know How to protect my Family and will never relinquish that to or for anyone

Gotta love the Connecticut deal, they actually expect current owners of magazines capable of holding more than 10 rds to actually come on in and register them.

Around here the gun supply is starting to get somewhat back to normal but the ammo deal is nuts, good luck finding .22lr at any of the big box stores. Small independent gun shops have plenty but places like Gander mtn, Walmart, Farm & Fleet, etc are sold out of most handgun rds as well as anything for the typical so called assault rifles such as AR's, AK47's, etc.

I picked up an old chinese SKS a couple weeks ago, already had ammo but I got just a few more boxes from my secret dealer source
Also bought a Kel-Tec PLR-16 handgun last week, this thing shoots .223/5.56 rifles rds and is basically an AR15 pistol. Took almost a week to find the forend and muzzle brake for it but those will be here monday. Also got .223 ammo once againa from my favorite secret source and the price is the same as it was many months ago, unlike a lot of online shops or even 1 local place that wanted $32 for 20 rds............total crooks.

For anyone who doesn't know this is an SKS, holds 10 rds and fires the 7.62x39 cartridge. can be modified to accept AK47 magazines but i'm leaving mine in stock configuration.
