I am maxing 185lbs on bench press. Ive been an all natural lifter, started working out for the first time 5 months ago. I weigh roughly 135lbs, and started taking whey protein as of yesterday night. I am aiming for a 200lb bench max in 5 days. Help?

Yeah ive read that on the internet but im a little dude i cant eat alot my problem is keeping my weight and eating a good amount of protein to actually build muscle. sometimes i will eat a bowl or two of cereal a day. others ill eat chips for dinner. i was hopeing eating chicken, rice, beans, salad, and 3 servings of protein (breakfast between dinner and lunch and at night) would get me weight. I dont eat too much, much less something high in protein like a steak

Go eat a whole large pizza covered in olive oil. Three times a day. At least. Then come back and talk to us about "a decent meal". Until then, you're going to fail. You're going to fail because you think "eating" means "bodybuilder contest prep diet". You're going to fail because you think getting strong is a study in accountancy, food scales, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

your looking at a an additional 15 lbs on one of the slowest exercises for ur total
Besides getting sure ur getting a good diet with micronutrients and proper macros, enough sleep and recovery, training-wise dat chit wont happen.
Get on a strength routine like, and probably the best in ur situation right now, Starting Strength
Google it; u should make fast gains with it; although 15 lb/week is too much to ask for for bench

Look, at 135lbs, u probably don't know how big bodybuilders and powerlifters actually eat
My dinner consists of:
-half bowl of rice (~2cups rice)
-4-6 oz of meat
-1 banana
-1.5 oz peanuts
-1 grapefruit
-2,3 chocolate truffles
doesn't sound like much on paper, but thats a lot of volume to eat
takes about 30 minutes to eat at a consistent pace

Lol that's it? How does one even eat only 4 oz of meat? The other night I had a bunch of chips and salsa and a couple beers for appetizers. Then had ribeye steak with enchiladas, black beans, and mashed potatoes. President of the company didn't finish his food so I tried some of his bacon wrapped shrimp. Then moved on to dessert where I had some chocolate eruption cake with ice cream and whipped cream. I woke the next day and I was hungry and lighter on the scale some how.

...and now we know why you're only 170 pounds. Stop stealing the squirrels' dinner.
My dinner is usually a pound of more of red meat, along with several large servings of rice or potatoes, sometimes ALSO pasta, a few slices of pizza, 6-8 scoops of ice cream, and lately nutella fudge. Along with whatever I drink with it.

When i was putting on mass in hs while weightlifting i would eat two bowls of cereal for breakfast with 16oz. whole milk and a scoop of whey. I brought a quart of milk with me to school to drink between bk and lunch. I ate whatever fatty greasy cafeteria food plus three extra milks. After school i drank a gatorade and a scoop of whey and went to the gym. Same after workout. Then parents made dinner, usually something like chicken and rice or potatoes etc. Before bed i has two scoops of whey in another 16oz. if milk. I did that freshman year. I gained twenty pounds while increasing my bench by about eighty pounds. You need to get serious op.
