    what do u think, just 18 years

    started working out 2 years. Started doing P90x, insanity and insanity asylum. I sort of prefer lifting at home since the gym im with is too far. So what do u think guys think so far.

    As for lifting at home, it's a good start, but if your heart isn't in it 100%, you won't work out as hard as you would if you were in a gym. If you start slacking off, go to the gym. The distance will help you, because when you get there, you will WANT to work out harder because you drove so damn far! Serious.
