Fat must be slowly melting away as I've noticed my belly isn't quite as round and bulbous as when I started. I still have a long way to go, but it's nice to see the progress. In some strange way, I'm actually glad it hasn't been a rapid drop. I fear that if it was rapid, there would quickly come a point where it would stop or I might gain some back when I still have the drive to lose more, thereby causing frustration and possibly even giving up. This slower and more sensible understanding that I've gained from hear has given me realistic expectations and I'm seeing results that motivate me without making me go bat**** crazy over what a fad diet or infomercial workout may do.
I'm pumped. I'm pumped and I'm feelin' good.
