    Supinated Rows

I made a youtube video of supinated rows and how to do them.

Give it a shot if your chest and shoulders are in good shape. If not do not do this exercise.

    Hope you enjoy,

Well, I certainly give you an A for creativity. It's similar to an exercise I picked up out of M&F a few years ago that combines skull crushers with CGBP but you run the bar back out over your head and down towards the floor in between in one continuous motion like yours. Also hit the tris and upper pecs pretty good.

Didn't get to do arms yesterday so I'll give a shot later.

    Keep up the good work!
It's 80% diet, 20% workout and 100% in the mind.

If you can read or carry on a conversation, you ain't working out.

To be different the only thing you have to do is stand fast when the herd moves.

Parking your s**t on a bench ain't the same thing as using it!

That would be the JM press, fairly popular among powerlifters, specially from elitefts

Thanks and Yes. Back in 1985 I seen a guy doing scull crushers and he went to put the bar down and almost got to the floor and decided to do a few more and when he brought it back up he really strained. It was then I seen a weakness.

I then made it an exercise, but with slack in the arms (bent elbows). Then one day decided to do it straight arm....and... "Holy Smoke!"...it was 10 times harder!

I do them 2wice a month and have gone as high as 185lbs.

You will love them. If people see you in the gym and ask you to teach them, be careful if they are new to lifting. I've seen guy's try to do it mirroring me and their eyes almost pop out of their head...lol
