weight: 178.2
bf: around 17/18
height: 5'8
waist: 35.5
chest:41
arms: 14
forearms: (around largest point closest to biceps) 13
shoulders: 45
thighs: 25
calves: 16
neck: 15
before my bulk i was:
weight: 162
height: 5 8
waist: 32
body fat: unknown
chest: 37
arms: 13.5
thighs: 24
everything else i started measuring more recently, but these are the only older stats i have
also are there any comments on proportions that seem a bit weird? if there are let me know what to work on.

How much can i expect to lose on my measurements after a cut(if succesful)?

Honestly without pics or at least a starting bf% there is no real way to tell. Based on personal experience and what I've observed and learned form fellow bodybuilders, if you are trying to be bodybuilder competition cut and your bf is around 17-18% you can expect to lose a good 20-30# of body fat/weight. What you will find really intersting is that even though you are lsoing weight, as you get more cut you will actually look bigger because of all the definition. The cleaner you keep your bulking diet the less weight/body fat you ahve to lose to cut up.
