who has done a certification in nutrition or sports nutrition? and can you recommend a good one that doest try and teach u a load of rubbish?

The ISSA have one written by Jon Berardi. It's really good. It's called 'Specialist in Fitness Nutrition'. Their other one, Specialist in Performance Nutrition, is geared towards athletes rather than general population and is also very good. The exams are taxing too and are hugely based around case studies (which is good).
