Protein is essential to muscle gain.
Creatine will help in the long run.

But overall you need to learn about diet and nutrition.
Protein/carbs/fats in the form of calories is what gains Muscle.
Go to the nutrition section and post your question about how to gain muscle and what to do/eat.

This. Creatine can be beneficial alongside a good diet and workout regiment, and protein is just powdered food to help you reach your macros.

1 week is not enough... And more important is your diet!
