[IF/IIFYM] 3 yrs in, new to diet + cardio!

Some advice here would be great! Basically I've been working out around 3 yrs.
21yrs old, usually sitting at about 200lbs and around 14%bf.
Never done cardio as part of my routine, and never 'dieted' or counted macros etc, but I've decided to try it out using a mixture of IF and IIFYM.

Will post below my last week's macro's and general workout and hopefully someone can give me any pointers on anything I'm doing wrong or need to add in.

Workout on a 4 day split, and in the last week have added in cardio every morning.
I get up and cycle on my stationary bike for 20-30mins keeping my heartrate around 120bpm as I've read this is in the 'fat burning zone'.
Also this is in my 'fasting' period. Have an eating window from around 1pm to 7pm most days give or take and hour.

    been recording since last Sunday and my macro's are as follows;

    Day 1: Protein - 151g
    Carbs - 143g
    Fat - 44g (saturated - 13g)

    Day 2: Protein - 159g
    Carbs - 162g
    Fat - 58g (saturated - 17g)

    Day 3: Protein - 152g
    Carbs - 191g
    Fat - 50g (saturated - 15g)

    Day 4: Protein - 202g
    Carbs - 206g
    Fat - 67g (saturated - 18g)

    Day 5: Protein - 152g
    Carbs - 232g
    Fat - 51g (saturated - 15g)

    Day 6: Protein - 189g
    Carbs - 196g
    Fat - 41g (saturated - 12g)

    Today so: Protein - 85g
    (so far) Carbs - 71g
    Fat - 6g (saturated - 1g)

Aim is to get doing to around 10%bf, not 100% sure what i'm at at the moment but going by online calculators i'm getting around 14%bf.
Also I'm still trying to increase muscle mass whilst dropping some bf

Cardio is not necessary, but beneficial. A calorie deficit is all you need.

Disregard "fat burning zone", it's irrelevant.

Dietary fat could be a tad higher.

Yeh, hence the reason i've never done cardio but just thought I'd give it a go and see if it helps at all.

actually forgot to add my daily calories in, i'm hitting about 2000 per day and i'm generally at 200lbs but down to about 195lbs at the moment
