    WS4B 3 or SS?

Hey guys, so im new here and was wondering a good direction to go. Just a little background i am 6'1 180 lbs about 18% body fat- tested to 14 on BIA but i dont have abs(maybe glimpse of top 2) and have a home caliper that i usually get around 17-18%. I have come down in 1.5 years from 250 and i really want to get explosive and athletic. Im currently doing Starting Strength and my numbers are Squat 205 Dead 225 Bench 140 OHP 85 and Power clean 105 and stalling. I lack explosiveness and am slow on my feet and want to change this. Obviously i know i should lose more weight i was thinking around 160-165 so my body fat would be low and i could decrease the dead speed and subsequently increase speed and vertical. I like to play basketball a lot as well. I really would like to dunk a basketball before i die.
I am currently doing IF and eating around 2000 calories per day trying to cut weight. This makes it hard to progress on my lifts. im a college student so i have all the time in the world.
Thanks guys any advice diet or training is appreciated!

So what's the actual question here? Just keep working hard at SS. Don't worry about your weight just get strong incorporate plyos and maintain a healthy diet.

Not saying its going to make me stronger saying it will help my athleticism. This excess weight is weighing me down from moving laterally and vertically. Also it will be easier to make progress on my lifts after i have lost the weight and can eat at maintenance/slight surplus
