Well... I was playing scrum half, but then I got an email and it looks like I'm playing fullback. I'm not complaining, its probably my favorite position. What should I do though to get better and work on coverages and reading the game? And also what should my workouts be? The same as a scrum half workout. More Cardio, More weight? Thanks
