    Rugby Help

    Well... I was playing scrum half, but then I got an email and it looks like I'm playing fullback. I'm not complaining, its probably my favorite position. What should I do though to get better and work on coverages and reading the game? And also what should my workouts be? The same as a scrum half workout. More Cardio, More weight? Thanks

    You should do both, cardio is really important as well as weight. Depending on the number of rugby training you have per week you should do 1-3 workout a week
