My IF daily log + weekly weigh in
My feelings about IF: The first 2 days of IF i felt like i was never going to be able to continue with it as i was so used to eating junk from 9am-11pm but as the days went on i felt myself becoming more and more disconnected from food and now i have no cravings at all and i only eat when the time is right. When i wake up on a morning i am very energetic unlike before when i was eating lots of fatty food i always felt sleepy and bloated.
Weight At Start of IF: 301lb
Target Weight: 200lb
Goal: Get Lean and Defined
Mon-Fri Eating Window: 13:30-19:00
Weekend Eating Window: 12:00-17:00
Gym Training Days: Tue-Thurs-Sat-Sun 8am
Feel free to point out anything you think im doing wrong e.g. not enough protein / too much carbs ect
[HELP]Im currently doing everything natural but if anybody can recommend me some suppliments / Vitamins that will help me reach my goal then it would be much appreciated
