Seriously thinking about setting up my own home gym.
Living in japan so finding a gym with dumbbells heavier than 10kg took some time, and not to mention expensive with still only the bare essentials.
To save time and money I want to do everything at home from now on.
Give us your thoughts and ideas on what you think should be in a home gym?

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?
