Lol, that's cute, Sharon!
When I lived in New Mexico, there were tarantulas all over the place, some up to a foot wide. They liked to hang out on the warm asphalt after dark, and you could see tarantula roadkills all along the highway. My dad had a friend who kept a pet tarantula in his pickup truck. It made a good theft deterrent!★DSC★

Oh man, that creeps me out. I hate spiders. Every time I see one I have to get my wife to kill it Most things don't bother me at all but spiders... uggghhh, they're just plain creepy, nasty, scary... We had one in our house about the size of a silver dollar and it's abdomen was covered with babies. It was so freakin gross. That one I had to spray and the babies all ran when I sprayed it. I hate to kill things in general but spiders get no mercy..

I don't have a problem with spiders, it's these things that give me the creeps:
When I was a little kid, one about that size crawled out from around the base of the toilet while I was sitting on it, with bare feet. And the weird part was, I heard it before I saw it. It's claws were scratching on the linoleum floor as it was trying to crawl it's way up.....★DSC★

All right boys, now watch how this is done. The key is to put it all in your groin and your back.
Take your legs totally out of the equation. Lift with your lower back in a jerking, twisting motion.

Yeah, it is weird -- snakes, scorpions, lizards and other creepy crawlies don't bother me in the least ... but spiders? That is a whole different story. I suppose it didn't help that years ago, my apartment had tons of poisonous hobo spiders in them. Damn I hated those things!
It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.
