Bench - 315 x 10 minimum
Squat - 405 x 10 minimum
Row - 315 x 10 minimum
Incline - 275 x 10 minimum(or 125 dumbbells x 10 minimum)
Barbell Curl - 135 x 10 minimum
Lying French Press - 165 x 10 minimum
Lateral Raise - 50's x 10 minimum
Deadlift(Optional) : 600
Arms : 18 inches Minimum
Legs: 26 inches Minimum
Training Plan : Full Body 6-7X every 2 weeks. Mon-Wed-Fri-Sun-Tue-Thu-Sat

My training goals to be completed before Summer: June 21, 2013
Bench: 245x5
Squat: 385x5 min
Deadlift: 475x5 min
Front Squat: 315x5
Row: 225x5
Overhead Press: 155x5
Dips: 90x15
Pull Ups: 45x15
Legs: 24 min.
Arms: 14-16 cold relaxed.
Chest: i dunno 42 min?

Incline dumbbell - 120x6
Curls - 155x5
Dips - bw + 120 x 8
Reverse grip row - 275x8
Lat pulldown - whole stackx8
Leg press - 1000x8 deep reps
Upright row - 225x8
would like to end the year at 220 with visible abs, would have doubled my weight since starting lifting.
