I watched a doco last year made by an Aussie tv show about people buying land in Detroit or somewhere like that(i think it was less ****ty than detroit), there were these big houses in nice looking neighborhoods that the banks had foreclosed on but couldn't sell so they were just rotting so the banks started selling them for like $2500 (or much less) on the internet, this street they filmed in had a place owned by the Egyptian primeminister and they were after him because he wasn't doing enough upkeep lul.
A lot of the residents got sick of the eyesore of the rotting houses and pooled their savings and bought out the rest of the street, they demolished all the houses and built community gardens, this one old black dude bought like 4 houses and was using the land to grow grapes to make wine**#3 always delivers crew**
**regularly rep accidentally instead of negging back crew**

Serious, make the church official. Hire a preist and start getting an audience, then when they tied you keep a %. Of course use some of the money on improving the church, but a church is a business as well in some ways. Everyone needs to eat, people working for churches need to get paid.
Also, peopple are generous when it comes to giving money to the church, you could easly make back your $20,000 WHILE giving back to the community via church service. It works both ways man, give it a thought.

Yes, the work is one of the most important aspects because of how serious it can be; you can end up spending way over what you paid for the house itself to fix it up to livable status.
Lold, no bro I wouldn't live there for anything.

Pictures of the house, not at all conclusive of everything but just the main areas of the house:
1. Outside of the house from the backside:
2. The kitchen which is small but doable:
3. I lied, there are two bathrooms and this is the second one and laundry room:
4. The 4th bedroom upstairs; considered the weight room:
5. The garage:
6. The parking lot which can fit up to 4 cars if parked correctly:
