Hey Guys,
I want to know if eating Wendy's chicken breast is a healthy idea? I eat about 2-3 chicken breast a day. But I hate cooking them and storing them! It is much easier for me to get em from Wendys (My friend works there and he gets them). My only concern is that the chicken from Wendy's taste salty and has a lot of flavor and I have check their nutritional value and its pretty good--but is it too good to be true?
So in conclusion guys I know that if I cook the chicken I obviously know what Im putting in it, but getting them from Wendys is much easier/cheaper. So what do you guys think?? Should I get my Chicken from Wendys or should I keep on making it myself? (Keep in mind guys I would be eating these "almost" every single day. Its kind weird thinking I would be eating "chicken" from a "fast food" place every day) Again please help guys and -Thanks!
