thanks yeah i naturally have big lats but small biceps lol. still got a ways to go going to cut and build some more over the next three months mainly building.I think im just going to go get one of the bf test where they put you in water to be exact

Thanks bruh, yeah man I started at 261 myself but didn't have a pic at that weight. Same to you you've lost just about what i have.It def feels good to be 50 pounds lighter lol. Keep the hard work up

I am still trying to drop weight I use to be 173 at one time did the Atkins diet. Worked great. But I'd rather be sitting 200-210 with very little body fat. So now I watch my weight but it's not that important to me compared to bodyfat. Im building and cutting at the same time.
I take in somewhere between 50-100 carbs a day now usually mostly at the beginning of my day. I'm up at 10am and don't get home till about 330 am so I need a lil bit of carbs lol

But you are right I've done Atkins three times best way to cut fast. I think once summer comes back around I'll cut my carb Intake down to 50 Max 30-min it always seem easier to do in the summer

Look into CKD or CNS, they're keto diets through the week with a refeed at the end. Best of both worlds IMO
