Just caught some homo looking at me in the showers at the gym

There have always been a ton of gays at my gym, it's right downtown toronto so it's to be expected. I've caught them creeping on me in the change rooms but it's usually just a glance over or whatever, nothing worth getting upset about until today.

I'm walking to the shower and there is this bald guy in front of me, I'd say he's in his early 40's, pretty out of shape. He turns his head, sees me and stops. I walk past him and into a shower and he proceeds to follow me and go into the shower right beside me (There were like 15 empty showers ffs).

Obviously I know what's going down here.

Against the wall between the showers is a gap, maybe 6-8 inches from the wall where you can see right into the shower beside you if you really lean into it. So I turn the water on and just stand there waiting for him to look around the corner, sure enough 5 seconds later his head pokes around the corner.

He freezes and I'm staring directly at him, I say "What the **** are you looking at buddy?"

He whips his head back around to his side and hides, doesnt say anything. I say "Keep your eyes to yourself you ****ing pervert"

Sill he says nothing.

By this point the shower walls are steamed up so I can sort of see his shadow from his side and I could tell he was leaned up against the front wall trying to peek again. So I put my head under the water and keep my eyes open, the second I do this he peeks back around (He could probably tell what I was doing sort of from the reflecting)

He sees me looking and whips back around to his side.

I get out put my towel on stand outside his shower and say "Hey come out here so I can punch you in the face you ****ing pervert, you like staring at little boys in the change room? Come on dude lets do this"

He says nothing so I say **** it and head into the steam room where there's about 4 guys sitting around, I tell them what happened and one of the dudes goes "Is it that bald guy out there? He doesnt even work out, he's in the saunas and showers all day just staring at guys, I've caught him before"

As this happens the dude walks past the steam room and goes into the sauna, I follow him and confront him. I said if I ever caught him looking at me again I'd knock him out, I was RATTLED at this point. That GAY BITCH looks at me and says "I think you were looking at me, maybe I should report you for staring at ME in the shower"

At this point another guy jumped in between us because he could probably tell I was about to smash this guy. It ended with me saying I'd kick the **** out of him if he ever perved on me again and me being pulled out of the sauna by the other dude.

Why don't these ***gots have their own change rooms? I don't get to shower with chicks so why do these guys get to perve on us.

Also next time I catch him perving, which I'm sure I will, should I just no questions asked level this guy, would this be assault or self defense?
