Overall i felt horrible today. preworkout i warmed up with basketball and an old friend came down to shoot with me and we ended up talking/shooting for a good hour and a half. lost my edge there. went up to squat and my hips were insanely tight and no amount of stretching or lacrosse balling helped it. on my second set of 365(overall wasnt that hard) i was racking the weight and got lazy and didnt put the right side of the bar in the rack all the way and when i let it down the right side collapsed with my hand still holding on. thankfully i wasnt hurt(other than the embarrassment) and it just ruined whatever positive mindset i had towards squatting for the day. I sat down and stretched out for a bit and reflected on everything that happened and I decided to make the best of my day and not have it be wasted. I finished the workout and felt accomplished. Even when everything goes wrong, if you have the will then there is always a chance for success. much love
