Oh man! So many questions for a Monday! j/k
Training is going OK, thus far. I plan on leaning down at least until the end of June. I don't have a set weight or bf%, I just want to see my upper 6 abs by then. I can see hint's of them every now and then right now. But, they have thus far eluded me...
I still have a lot of loose skin around my lower stomach, so it's going to be a challenge. But if it's not challenging, it's not worth doing ; )I <3 Carbs

Over the weekend I had the great chance to eat one of the Eat Smart Chocolate Peanut Caramel Crunch bars...good lord
What you're seeing there isn't a chocolate-covered rice krispie treat. No, that is the deliciousness of an iSatori Eat Smart bar. It tastes like a Little Debbie Nutty Crunch bar without the peanut butter, which if I were bulking, wouldn't be a bad addition. As it is, it is a more than adequate substitute for a "cheat treat" that could wreck someone's diet. It has 27 grams of protein (mostly whey) and enough vitamins and minerals to make you feel good about the choice you made. It is honestly enough to make me say, "Snickers who?"I <3 Carbs

Thanks for the encouragement. I've lost 120lbs and really don't want to have to get surgery to get rid of the skin.
Yesterday, I had the Eat Smart Cinnamon Caramel Crunch bar. Surprisingly, it wasn't as great an experience as the Chocolate Peanut Butter. It wasn't nasty tasting by any stretch, just not altogether pleasant. I found that the cinnamon taste is a little too strong and "Big Red" tasting instead of spicy like a cinnamon roll. The outer coating is delicious and the consistency is good being a little gooey, but that fake cinnamon kinda brings the whole package down.
It's still a good way to get in 27 grams of protein and eat on the run, though!I <3 Carbs

You are full of great recipes, man. I still remember how delicious that restoraid slushie was. I gotta get some more of that stuff after my cut...
I will definitely try the Cinnamon with coffee. I'm sure it's great! Sorry about the lack of updates. I'll admit that I'm kinda holding on to my last samples because they taste that good! But that's not doing right by iSatori so I'll get this updated more regularly through this week.I <3 Carbs
