This mornings workout felt good still working with a shoulder and elbow issue but getting through it,
started a 5x5 workout at night starting out light and going to add 5lbs to each movement each week.
Started to use IF with my meal plan 8/16 split 1800 - 2000 cals is the max.

Workout was good starting to really enjoy leg day.
Second day of IF and so far so good, I will keep everyone up to date on and how IF effects me.
Lean EFX refined is almost gone but it is helping with the IF and curbing any hunger issues, with an 8hr window I am getting full way before the cutoff.
I am more than likely going to order another bottle to help as I am going to train this way for the next 12 weeks.

That is a crazy low fat intake. Do you keep that low all the time? I would think you would start to feel like crap and rundown. Usually don't see people with fat levels much below 60 grams/day - even deep into contest prep. Please aware me

I hear what your saying but I when I take it once a day the night workout takes forever and I don't feel it when I'm lifting, when I take in the second pre workout before the workout I feel great and ready to kill it, I only do it this way when I do twice a day's I don't take it this way everyday, but thanks for looking out..

Isolated one arm curl - 50x1x12, 60x1x12, 65x1x12
Hanging leg raise - B/Wx4x12
Seated crunches - 100x4x15
TONIGHT'S WORKOUT:5x5
Bench - 145x5x5
OHP - 105x5x5
Deads - 145x5x5
CARDIO:
Same old thing - 20 tread and 20 bike
THOUGHTS:
Been feeling strong lately but not going to get a big head, I want to train smart and not get injured.
Cut is going as planned, weigh-in in the morning and will update.

THOUGHTS:
Workout felt good, shoulder is feeling better and so is the elbow, one more week and we are changing up the program..
Starting IF while using Lean EFX refined has made it easy during this cut.
This is my review of Lean EFX Refined..
I loved using this product it worked great and I had no issue, I have used other fat burners and had symptoms of nausea and jitters and even a feeling of possibly fainting, this product gave me none of that.
I used this while I started my cut and have lost a total of 10lbs! My hunger was manageable and I had no ill symptoms. I will without a doubt be pushing people to this product to use in losing weight
