    Just wanted to see what you guys were at on your big 3.

    Mine go like this:

    Squat: 245
    Bench: 160 ish
    Deadlift: 290

    Been lifting seriously for about 6 months.

    I don't max but

    Bench: 170lbs x 3 sets of 5 reps

    Can't squat or deadlift (or rows) at the moment, messed my lower back up mid set doing back squats.

    Yeah, this school year has sucked for me, been plagued with injuries.

    My back is just tight, I'll be seeing a chiropractor soon, but until then I can barely round my back.

    I do it for football, really hoping to break some of the highschool lifting records. Pretty sure ive already got the deadlift record beat.

    Just have to get rid of some of this fat cause its slowing me down.
