Just wanted to see what you guys were at on your big 3.
Mine go like this:
Squat: 245
Bench: 160 ish
Deadlift: 290
Been lifting seriously for about 6 months.

I don't max but
Bench: 170lbs x 3 sets of 5 reps
Can't squat or deadlift (or rows) at the moment, messed my lower back up mid set doing back squats.~Jesus Christ Is My Savior Crew~
