I like skull crushers combined with close grip bench press but my fav is one a guy with the biggest tris I ever saw was doing. Use a bench press machine, the kind with a hinged yoke, flat bench and that you can put plates on preferably, if not, one with cables and stack will do. Kind of like this machine. Use a reverse grip, palms pointed at the ceiling and run your head up against the pad as much as you can so it's all in your arms/tris. I can do 100lbs per arm and nothing else hits it like this:
It's 80% diet, 20% workout and 100% in the mind.
If you can read or carry on a conversation, you ain't working out.
To be different the only thing you have to do is stand fast when the herd moves.
Parking your s**t on a bench ain't the same thing as using it!

hm, thats a tough one i think. there are so many tricep exercises that have done wonders for me it would be hard to choose just one. i guess if i did have to choose only one it would be the skull crusher. i cant specify which angle is best because i feel they all have a place in my training. i do flat, incline and decline, and i do not use the EZ bar. i do all my skulls with a straight bar, been doing it that way for years and it's actually alleviated alot of the stress off my wrists. of course you have your other big exercises like dips and cg presses, but i dont usually go one week without doing some sort of skull crusher.
