What does the literature say about test boosters?

I don't even understand what you just asked about "whole context of literature". There will only be studies on specific components of test boosters, and not products as a whole. Google Scholar FTW! Get busy.....

By google scholar, he meant to do your homework and google the answer you are looking for.
Anyways, the literature is up in the air and rather inconclusive at this point. Mant of the herbal boosters out there, like tribulus, are almost purely antecdotal evidence, with very little to no scientific backing, other than the fact that they boost sex drive slightly. The only supplement out so far that has not been disproven is DAA, which is still relatively new to the game, but shows a lot of promise for natural boosts. I've used it myself while dieting for a show, and while I'm not sure if it boosted my levels per se because of my age, it definately helped maintain them so that I felt more like myself and kept my strength better as I got deeper into my cut
Even so, there has been no research into wether a natural booster, which still keeps test levels within normal physiological levels, really makes all that much of a difference on performance or muscle growth, so the jury is still out

The bigger question that even if a particular product DOES raise your Test is the rise going to make any difference. for example, if you got blood work done and your total test level was 550 ng and some product you took raised it to 700 is that rise going to do anything as far as muscle building for fat loss? my guess is prob not, I think there are better ways to spend your money then test boosters.

I agree, I think they're pretty useless. Was just checking in case there were studies saying they caused a test increase that was also associated with increased protein synthesis.

this is true. therefore i use to say; take potent testbooster for libido, energy and mood, and not directly for strenght and size

Have you acquired the knowledge thus far that there are people who suffer from conditions beyond their control, and are naturally in that state? My aunty, for instance, happens to be a person of that nature. She is a crane operator that has bad joints and a bad spine from operating the crane but you probably lack empathy for that case also. I don’t fall under this category as I am 6'5, 300lbs and lift everyday.
