started working out around october 2008. i used to be the school's most out-of-shape nerd but after 4 years, i've set my life back on track.

I was hanging out with a bunch of nerds. gamed on the computer about 8h a day, wasn't even thinking about girls, and had overall a ****ty social life.

Since starting working out, i made friends in the gym, who allowed me to meet more friends, I developped my social skills, realized i might be good at something after all. Now i hang with footballers and am overall very respected by people i meet.

Gym changed my life.
