    Looks kind of dangerous to me. The racking points have no significant extended frame above it. I could see ripping both my shoulders apart or dropping it behind the bench.

    OP I would take a look at the Fitness Gear adjustable bench, it's a Legend 3-way knockoff. The main frame looks to be 3x3 steel, I'm guessing 14 gauge. I've seen it in Dick's Sporting Goods before, it seems fairly sturdy. There was just a review on it a couple of days ago.

    I especially like the fact that it comes with a leg extension/leg curl attachment. Those are the most important leg exercises to do, IMHO.

    Maybe you didn't read my posts above.....There are no better leg movements than leg extension and leg curl--nothing isolates the hamstrings and the quadromaximus like them.
