    What is diluted fruit juice?

    I bought Creatine, been working out 7 months now. So I just thought I would try it.

    But the back of the bottle says to take 1 teaspoon with 250 ml of diluted fruit juice.

    What's the difference between fruit juice and diluted fruit juice?
    I want bodybuilding to be part of my lifestyle.

    Started at 121 lbs, currently at 139 lbs. Let's get to 175 now!

    Taking mono? Just take it with some sugar source or plain water (no dark cola).

    It is really important that you get 12-16 glasses a a day at MINIMUM.

    I always take creatine with my morning juice and protein just for convenience.

    It's important to get more water than that everyday even if you aren't taking creatine.
    My Transformation:
    Before: June 2011 - 318 Lbs. ~30% BF
    After: August 2012 - 154 Lbs. ~ 7% BF
    Now: 179 Lbs. ~8% BF (Most Recent Hydrostatic Test Results Available in Progress Photos)
    Goal: Bulk to ~185-190 Lbs. at 10% BF or less and gauge from there.
