I'm doing just fine on the strong lift's workout routine in everything except overhead press. I've barely gone up at all.
I did 110 for all 5 reps of all 5 sets 3 weeks ago, but haven't been able to get 115 for all 5x5.
Routine:
A:
Squat
Flat Bench
Rows
B:
Squat
OHP
Dead Lift

Any help as to why I can't break this barrier?
Thanks for your time, input will be repped

Did you miss your reps 3 times in a row? That's the prerequisite for a reset. Or have you reset already? by how much?
Plateaus and resets are part of the program (any program with linear progression from workout to workout) so I'm not sure if you are asking how to perform the reset or if you feel you shouldn't have plateaued already...

It's one of the hardest lifts to raise. I was stuck at 115 for several months until I finally gave up (this was a few years ago). You could try to go up in 2.5 lb increments instead of 5 lbs (weigh clips and use them if you don't have 1.25lb plates). Or you could try to push press for a while to get you over the hump. Or reset back 15 pounds and start working your way up again.

Don't worry about it. Your bench press and row just need to get stronger first before OHP will climb again. OHP is always going to be the first thing that stalls, so just keep at it with deloads, resets, etc. Your bench will naturally continue to progress along with your row, then the OHP will move up a little bit again and get stuck again most likely. It's just how it works. Bench and row will also stall before deadlift and squat most likely.
