Anyone use Towels, Thick handles and Rope in their routine for Grip Strength?

Any of you regularly use towels, thick handles or manilla rope to work grip into your weekly routine for extra grip strength?
I was thinking of doing this instead of using the captains of crush grippers. i injured my knuckles using them before so im gonna steer away from them now to avoid future injuries to my hands.

im planning on getting some 2" Iron Bull grips and using them for all my lifts. i already own FatGripz, which are 2.5" in diamater which are ok, i just think id get more bang for my buck using a 2" grip, given my hand size.

just like to see if anyone else is doing rows with thick handles, rope pull ups .. and things like that.

I have a hex bar. I occasionally wrap old tshirts around the handles, load a f*** ton of weight on the bar and do farmer's walks.

Yep, all of those. Although, rope is not part of my weights training exactly - I just like climbing and practising rope work, at other times. But a definite yes for both fat bars and towel pullups, etc.

Ever since I started, my grip has improved a hell of a lot. Go for it!

Thats nice to good to know

How do you incorporate them, do you do them week in-week out? for example, always doing a pull up or row variation with towels or fat bars? or or is it seperate from your actual workout and have a dedicated day?

    Cheers.
