    Cardio

Athlete brahs, what's some good ways of boosting cardio endurance for sports such as basketball?
Not so much a losing fat thread ( though I still need to lose bodyfat) but I guess both go hand in hand.

In my experience HIIT is most effective. Doing sprint training, sled pulling or just regular HIIT (4x4 or 20+10). I'm no athlete though but this is what in my experience gave the best results.

HIIT. And in those intensity intervals, you better exert yourself with all your heart.

What're your spring intervals? I was thinking of trying HIIT on hills around my house.
