refeed doesnt make you gain considerable weight (i guess other than water weight which doesnt even matter)
The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny.

waterweight loss does not necessarily mean you are in a deficit.. though it may be an indicator
you probably dont need refeeds if you just started your cut
what are you eating? chances are you should just keep your calories the same and keep watching

how fast did you gain on 3700?
your plan is prob fine though, dropping 100 cals a wk should get you to the sweet spot pretty fast

Not fast it was only a 300 surplus, went from 165 lbs to 190lbs in 6 months and still kept a slight 6 pack

Weight fluctuations can happen depending on what type of food sources you're eating, etc. Don't worry about it. Also, there really isn't a big need for refeeds unless you're just having them for sanity purposes.

one thing you can do is minimize your water intake on refeed days so you dont gain to much on those days, just drink a little when you are thirsty.
