    Thin hair??

    hello,

I have always had thick hair on my head. For some reason this changed. When I had this issue, I did't care a lot about it. But when I used Animal Pak, I saw immediately that my hair went thicker for some reason?

Now, after 4 months...it starts to be thin again. Could it be some vitamin problems that cause this? May it be any other supplements?
I usually take, creatine, protein..and sometimes a multi. I have recently started trying Xtend also. But for some reason, I think im missing vitamins. I eat healthy and clean (offseason).

dont worry buddy, supplements has nothing to do with your hair its all based on genetics and the average vitamins. i would say you changed some type of shampoo? happens from time i doubt its anything from your powder

Fall and spring shedding is normal.

Hair thinning is a different issue however.

You are 18, welcome to real man's problems

For your age, generally seems like a case of androgenic alopecia. Might also be a case of vitamin deficiency, but I find this extremely doubtful.

    See an endocrinologist.

Could be due to several reasons, normal seasonal shedding, genetics or lack of some nutrients or perhaps something in pak helped with thickness and when you got off, it went back to normal. Unlikely BCAAs/Xtend would contribute to thinning if that's the case; creatine gets associated with DHT and hairloss but chances are also slim, might not be anything but consult a doctor if you think it could be something serious.
