    easiest way of reaching your daily fats?

    its hard to eat a **** load of nuts nearly 200g of them a day just to reach my daily fat intake im wondering how everyone else is reach their good fats daily macro needs? or what the best food is to eat for a good amount of good fats

    so what do you find is the best option of food to eat in order to reach you daily fat intake? im just wondering what everyone else is doing so i can have a small idea as to what to by next time i go for a shop

    Any from the list i mentioned....all good fat sources.

    Also remember Oats and the meat you eat has fat in it, even the leanest meat will have a few grams.

    I often find myself ~10g short of fats at the end of the day. My preferred solution is olive oil.

    Milk!

    Most foods have fat, it all adds up

    Two fried eggs and two pieces of wholemeal toast (oil and butter) would be approx 40g of fats

    Nuts have a lot of fats

    500ml of Whole Milk gives you 18g of fats

    Add Olive Oil to shake or foods, tablespoon is 15g of fat, 135 calories

    That breakfast, 50g of nuts, 500ml (two glasses) of whole milk and tablespoon of oil added to something would be 90g+ of fats, not to mention all your other foods for the day

    Gotta find a fat you like and just down it. Peanut butter is the easiest. Mix your required amount with protein powder for an incredible fudge. Rich, chewy, sweet and if you chill in the freezer for a bit it really gives it that fudge texture.
    I'd say peanut butter 4-5 days a week and some other nut butter for the other days just to mix things up.

    Like I said experiment and find one you like and just stick with it. I like cream cheese. I usually eat a bar of cream cheese every day. One bar just about hits my requirements but honestly even it I didn't need the fats I'd eat bars of cream cheese anyway.

    I eat most of my food and carbs at 1am right before I go to bed. I'm talking Thanksgiving dinner every day. I have bulked doing this, maintained, and yes lost weight also.

    People still swear by fat is bad or only eat healthy fats.

    Personally I like to snack so fat calories add up.

    Most of my favorite snacks are pure carbs, and most of my favorite protein sources contain very little or no fat. Doesn't help that I'm allergic to peanuts and tree nuts.

    Nailed it. Good options, and all but one I use quite often. I have some fat in every meal. Extra virgin olive oil is the easiest, over rice, veggies, in eggs, etc. Last meal I'll take in some guacamole to prolong the release of amino acids and help prevent catabolism.

    I go for the animal fats. Butter, bacon, steak, etc.

    And if your a little short on your fat for the day, drink a little olive oil till you meet it.
