little help with nuts
so i have this little chart here which seems to say that per 100grams of almonds theirs a total of 48grams of fat.
4g saturated, 32g mono saturated fat, and 12g polyunsaturated fat= 48g fat is this right or am i meant to be looking at one in particular fat thanks guys

but what im wondering is if all three of the fats mentioned above equal the total good fat intake for the day?
or if its just one of them?
