    No more mass advice please!

Hey! Ive been lifting for years nd Im happy with the amount of mass I have. I do NOT want to add more I just want to lose fat at this point. Should I do 12-15 reps same weight or go higher?

There's no reason to change up your training. If your focus is fat loss, that goes back to your calorie deficit. There is no adding mass when in a deficit, you're basically working hard to preserve what you have. Once we start getting to lower levels of body fat, there's never as much muscle as we thought...it's quite an eye opener indeed...

    Best of luck.

When you lose BF you don't really lose a lot of muscle if you have a good diet, it is more of an illusion. A layer of body fat over muscle, even if it is a thin layer will make you look bigger than you think you are. That is why when you drop BF it looks like you have dropped muscle mass.
