I am about to embark on a 9 month bulk need some serious mass but wanna keep it lean im a naturally skinny guy struggle with good gains. Im very lean now not ripped but not carrying much fat. Im gonna be eating good clean protein an carbs looking around 3000 -3200 per day.
My question is how many pounds am i likely to gain in a 9 month bulk with no cut dont wanna be looking flabby at the end i understand il will gain some fat but wanna stay lean and gain some good mass.
Training tips, nutrition, and advice welcome il add a pic (not a great one sorry) of my current status, body fat estimates would be great aswell guys.
The journey begins.............

9 months is a long time... When I was trying to get to the size I am now I started at 138... I found it better to do smaller bulking stages I never really set the time but I would aim for 2 lbs a week and keep gaing until I felt like I was done I would say 12 to 16 weeks ... Then I'd cutt back and trim down a bit and then start the process over ... Doing it that way I never got to fat or out of shape and could always at least c my top 4 set of Abbs...going 9 months at 2 lbs a week u would gain some serious size and prob a lot of unwanted fat but u should have some serious size and strength gains if u go that route... Hope this helps

If you're like the vast majority of posters in this forum, maybe a couple of pounds before you get discouraged from your poor progress and just quit altogether, never to be heard from again.
OR......
You can follow this, be consistent, and actually add 15-20 pounds of muscle (along with a few pounds of bodyfat) in that period of time:

everybody's different, and variations in how you eat and work out will come into play. that being said, from a relatively untrained state, I recently added about 15-20 lbs of lean mass (and an equal amount of fat which is now mostly gone; i overestimated my caloric needs a bit). all gains made in 8 months, then 2 months of gentle cutting without strength loss. also this was age 28, as opposed to a lot of the crazy gains stories you hear around here with 18 year olds. The only above-average trait I think I possess is dedication.
