I think the issue most people have is with the OP and not the routine. He has shown the maturity level I would expect to see at my son's elementary school and the communication skills a shade below that.
He appears unable to communicate a simple thought; every question or criticism is answered with gifs or the simple statement " because it is optimal".
The other sticky routines are filled with pages and pages of advice, explanations, and ideas for lifters of all levels. This one...not so much.
Do as little as needed, not as much as possible.

Since much of the WP is a "what-program-should-I-do?", it'd be useful to have decision-making tools in a sticky slot rather than what's currently filling this one. Particularly for this time of year, here's a good start: "Full Body vs Splits -- Which Should I Choose?": http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=139911893

Why is this still stickied? Lol. Next thing you know Ian McCarthy will have a sticky teaching us how to build muscle.
Seriously so many LEGIT programs that are not sticked from this site I don't see why a program of a 16 year old who clearly has an advantage because of his age and got newbie gains.

it's just as a trial to get the program out there, it will be un-stickied whenever the mods decide it's starting to get out of hand

Eh, the sticky list in TBB is rather short, under-nourished and more appropriately audience-specific. Why should WP have to babysit the ugly obnoxious step-sister of a routine? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

400lb gorilla stickied it. He told Eric that he needs to defend his thread and program. I had no idea that gifing ever criticism is defending your program.

Post 400 ... better grab this one before 400lbG nabs it. (inner-monologue: he does have a pretty good sense of humour -- perhaps this sticky trial is really crafty trollin' in disguise and he's sitting back having an enormous chuckle ... /inner-monologue )
EDIT: Jason'ed!

Because Eric likes to troll that section. When he asked me to sticky this here i figured he was serious about proving his routine was atleast worthy of a try. I also figured that is THIS section he was going to get both a lot of positive and negative feedback that he might have used.
Apparently i was right about this section picking the routine apart.... this thread will be unstuck. Sorry Eric, i know you had fun in here but someone else will have to keep this bumped

Unfortunately you were wrong about Eric using the feedback. At least it delivered the lulz
