Was reading on a site and saw something about "water fasting" meaning ONLY WATER NO FOOD OR ANYTHING ELSE.

Now I'm guessing this is an all out NO FOOD AND ONLY WATER for 24 hours.. No juice or anything..maybe not..

I would only do it for 24 hours and get about 10K food in me the day before. Like hibernation.. also I would do it on rest day.
