Im 16 and have working out since January of this year. I started at 125lbs, im currently just over 150lbs at under 12% bf. Over the course of next year I want to get upto 175 lbs while remaining lean. So I have chosen to clean bulk throughout next year. My goal is hypertrophy.
Basically what I want to know is is this a good guideline for my goals?
Calories: 200-500 over maintenance
Routine: PHAT
Gain: 1lb per week
I've been training for a little less than two years, and have gained 20 kgs thereabouts. On paper, is this good?
But, lately, I've been feeling that I haven't gotten enough muscle out of it... I did take some pictures and they were quite horrible, I think. But maybe I have to take some proper, proper ones?
Or is it that I have to do my first cut? Or... does it take some more time?
People say I'm big and all, but I don't listen to them. I feel as though I've gained alot of quality mass. Before people called me "slim" as I leaned out of a fat body, now I'm supposidly "muscular". Thoughts?
