So I'm the only one in my weightlifting class with good form, legs back, tight arch, and arse always on the bench.
Well, today everyone talking s*it and bit*ing about
"you wouldn't get this if you had good form! (lolwut)."
The "weightlifting coach (6'5 200 lbs, says he's at his natty potential) tells me off and "I'm going to ruin my back, not a real press"
So I put 225 up with so-called "good form" to make them stfu, stupid decision on my part...
Behind my left shoulder is a searing pain, just below the trap and behind front delts, any idea on wtf I did?

Sounds like rotator cuff issues. Very dangerous. Be extremely careful with ALL forms of pressing and delt work. Youtube rotator cuff exercises/warmups and make sure you do those every workout before you begin pressing, etc. Stay safe.Last edited by QualityByDC; 12-14-2012 at 06:21 PM.

Ive been having trouble gaining mass on my right upper chest, it seems to never get a pump on incline movements. My form is spot on super slow negative slight pause at the bottom keeping it in the 6-8 rep range. But my Left upper chest has seen some decent growth and is always fuller and pumped during my chest workouts, also my right arm is about 3 in longer than my left and i feel like i have more constant tension on my left pec during pressing movements than my right. Lastly both sides are equal in strength.
