    56ish weeks out - my first comp

    I'll keep this log a short and sweet as possible because it's truly just a place to look back at my numbers
    I plan on doing a 2014 competition
    I plan to gain ~2 lbs per month
    I plan to mini cut 2-4 weeks when over 170lbs current ~164
    I plan to gain a ton of strength

    Not sure if I'm doing bodybuilding or powerlifting... or both, but I will compete in SOMETHING.

    Doing phat, attempting to maximize my metabolism each week by adding small amts of carbs, and training really hard

    I'll likely only update 1x/week, but pictures will be monthly (the 5th of every month I guess)

    Highlights for today: squatted 325 for 3x5

    Currently squatting heavy 2x/wk and 1 hypertrophy day since they lag behind my upper body a good bit.

    For whichever contest I want to start prep at 12-13%, so pretty lean. I don't want to kill myself trying to get lean, so i'll take about 24 weeks if bodybuilding, or 12 weeks if powerlifting.

    Stage weight should be about 145, so i'll say 140 because everyone always messes this up.
