He had me cut way back on carbs wanting to see how I responded…which I’ve once again proven that I need a BUNCH to fill out! This was essentially a look-see/practice and hopefully this data will be used for Chicago and Vegas to make tweaks to the loading phase.

Well...sadly I don't look like that anymore. After the show we started eating like a beast....about 2800 calories and 200g protein and 350g carbs. Just reduced calories down to 1800 this week as I'm now 8 weeks out from Junior Nationals.
The plan for now is Jr Nats June 14-15th...depending on how that one goes....then Nationals in November. We'll spend the time between June and November bulking like a beast... Priority is more girth in the lats and a touch more delts.
